The Little House In The Colony, B&B guest house is the smallest hotel in Jerusalem. It has only 22 rooms and family units, It is fully air conditioned, serves a buffet Israeli breakfast, has a great garden, with an owner who truly cares about you having a wonderful time. It is a real charming corner in the heart of Jerusalem!

You will find your self in a great location,
just around the block from Emek Refaim St. which is the new center of Jerusalem, and has unique coffee shops, all kinds of restaurants, a supermarket, Olympic sized swimming pool and many other interesting shops. It is 5 minutes from The Jerusalem Theater, The Khan Theater, The Sultan Pool and the cinematheque. It is 15 minutes to the old city and 25 to the Western wall. We are also 15 minutes walk from Inbal Hotel and the King David Hotel.

Little House In The Colony is perfectly located in a picturesque, newly renovated, house on a peaceful street in the heart of the German Colony. It is within short walking distance to the city center and to the old city and western wall, as well as most of Jerusalem's tourist attractions. Little House In The Colony gives you a great opportunity to feel Jerusalem at its most unique.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 24 hours from confirmation date - no cancellation charge.

2. After 24 hours - $25 minimum cancellation charge for each room or unit.

3. Seven days prior to check-in we charge the first night, including cancellation during stay

4. Holidays - two weeks before check in date - we charge the full price!!!!!!!
